Graceful Repose

Imagine yourself wandering through an ancient and corroding cemetery on a late night. The air is cool and still. The soft light of the nearest sign of civilization glows in the distance, providing the only illumination. There’s a nearly, but not quite unsettling feeling of being in the presence of another. From the corner of your eye, you think you saw her, but you couldn’t be sure.

This piece comes from our 13 days of Halloween video series and features Ronica LaFae as the spectral bride.

Morrigan

Following a wild witch into the woods is always bound to offer a spectacle. Most especially when said witch is the 1,500 year old arch nemesis of Merlin herself. This set features the phenomenal Ronica LaFae as the celtic goddess of the wilds, and was used to launch our debut video series, 13 days of Halloween.

Bohemian Heat

This is the first new set to be debuted on our new site. And it happened by accident. Simply a party with friends where Percy happened to have his camera. Later on, looking at the booze drenched results, he decided the images would look fantastic in black and white. Realizing the sudden change of style that the color choice added, he titled the set Bohemian Heat for the startling feel of the roaring 20’s, captured entirely by mistake in an an almost film noir style of light and shadow.
This set features friends old and new, most of whom are artists in their own right.

The Crooked Politician/The Moose Head Chronicles

In one of the more memorable sets shot by Percy during our three year hiatus, gonzo politician Stephen Clements reveals the darker and exceedingly bizarre side of politics.
After the initial set of campaign portraits, Stephen initiated this set which became alternately known as “the Crooked Politician” and “the Moose Head Chronicles” by disappearing into his office and returning to the set with a box of props he thought it would be funny to use.
This set recaptures the maniacal and marginally philosophic feel of the Santa Clause Mishap, although fueled this time by Stephens intense character instead of Percys alcoholically driven psychosis.

Desiree

Harking back to 2013, this set, shot by Percy, features an old acquaintance of PoI, Wako Geek Cosplay (find her on facebook).

Harley Quin

Going as far back to the beginning as we dare, this set was the very first to be shot by Percy and Ferris together under the name of Parade of Insanity. Their model’s name has been lost over the years, except that Percy seems to recall her first name being Miranda. More diligent research is being done, as we hate to leave a model uncredited.
And while it’s true that there was one set before this one, the infamous “Santa Clause Mishap”, that set will not appear on this site for a number of reasons (that is, of course, unless Percy gets faced on Christmas Eve).
